This listing is for a single push-pin flat back stud, 316L surgical steel. If you'd prefer the same flat back stud, but in implant grade titanium, we have it here

Measurements: Back post is 1/4" (6 mm) length, with a 3mm, slightly convex disc on back. 18 GA. The little ball on this earring is approx. 2 mm in diameter.

Colors: Silver color is ASTMF136 implant grade titanium, gold is the same titanium that is PVD Plated 18K Gold.
